The Honda Civic does not have a RWD file from Honda available. This means that someone will need to physically open up a EPS unit, attach to the serial lines of the MC, and dump the firmware manually off of the unit. They will then need to modify the firmware and flash it back using Standard ISO-14229. George Hotz has accomplished this and has talked about it in this YouTube video: https://youtu.be/liebWVJHaEc?t=2089
